Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Police Department invites scaled tenders based on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Set-Vices Rules 2014 from eligible bidders / firms having previous experience as well as registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments,

Financial Year 2014-15. Tenders should be addressed to the Addl: IGP/Headquarters, Government of the Khyber Palchtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 hours on the dates as noted aaainst each, in the presence of Tender Evaluation Departmental Purchase Com Mittee and intending bidders in Conference Room CPO, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. The delivery period will be 90 days or as per contact agreement.

I tender documents pertaining to the above mentioned items can be obtained at a cost of Rs. 500/- per item (non-refundable) from the office of the DIG / Finance & Procurement, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CPO Peshawar.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The following terms and conditions shall apply: i. The offers shall be accepted only with original bidding documents. Photocopies would not be accepted. ii. Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes as under:-. Technical Proposal (Details of specifications, make, country etc. on the firm's letter head pad. along with catalogue & bidding documents for respective item and submission of an Affidavit on Judicial Stamp Paper that 2% Earnest money CDR / Pay order is attached with Financial Proposal).

Financial Proposal: (Rate of respective item including all taxes/charges whatsoever as per following form on the firm's letter bead pad along will! 02 % earnest money). The envelopes should be marked in bold letters as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" respectively with name of item.
iv. Technical proposals will be opened on above mentioned dates at 11:00 hrs: while Financial Proposals shall remain (in sealed limn) in We custody of the Police Department and would be opened in the presence of bidders after receipt of the technical report. v. The bidders shall submit earnest money with their financial proposals noted against each item in the shape of CDR / pay orders of any scheduled bank in favour of the Inspector General of Police, Govt of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,

Police Department Peshawar. In case of non-acceptance of tenders, the earnest money will be refunded after finalization of the tender. vi. In case of acceptance of tenders, the bidders shall deposit a security (a?. 10% of the total value of stores in the form of Call Deposit in the name of the Inspector General of Police, Govt: of the Khyber Palchtunkhwa, Police Department Peshawar and sign the contract agreement with Police Department within 15 days of the issuance of the acceptance letter Security shall be refunded as per terms and conditions of agreement. vii.

The Items shall be received: in the Centralized Godown CPO at Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar. No other destination shall be acceptable. Items shall be physically inspected by Inspection Committee constituted by competent authority and thereafter operationally tested at the cost of contractor in Peshawar ,only. Items found not according to the standard specifications, will be rejected at the cost of contractor and may also result in forfeiture of security and black listing of the firm. viii. Rates quoted would be considered only lithe the same are in Pak Rupees and inclusive of all taxes/duties/charges and inclusive of packing/freight till delivery to the Centralized Godown CPO, at Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar Rates shall be valid up to 30.06.2015. ix.

Conditional tender/application: will not be entertained. x. All taxes will be deducted as per existing government policy xi. The procurement entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal. The procuring entity shall !in( request communicate the grounds for rejection of all bids or proposal to any contractor or consultant who submitted a bid or proposal.
