WASA TENDER NOTICE Selected tenders for the work mentioned below are invited from WA$A, PHE & HUD approved contractors who have deposited the renewal fees for the year 2013-14, so as to reach the undersigned on the date given below at 12:00 Noon when the bids properly submitted will be opened, read and recorded. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against written requested accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/renewal letters and OCR for the tender. The OCR shall be received at the time of issuance of challan for purchase of tenders; hence no DCR will be required with bid. Tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 12:00 Noon on the date of receiving/opening of tenders and will be opened immediately thereafter by the undersigned in the presence of indenting contractors or their representatives. Conditional tenders and tenders without attested copies of register partnership dead end power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The bid will be valid for 60-days. Note: In case the total bid tender amount is less than 5% (five) of the approved estimated amount, the lowest, bidder Will have to deposit additonal performance security from the Bank ranging from 5% to 10% whichever is applicable.
