i. Local agents must be Sales Tax Registered. WAPDA registered firm but in line with business can also apply subject to submission of 2% earnest money of their quoted price. Bonafide Manufacturer's and their authorized suppliers. iv. Tender will be issued to the Foreign Principals through their local agents on production of authorization of principal.
