Tenders are noted for ARISR work of the college from contractors/ firms registered with Buildings Department, Government of Punjab. The rates should be as per Government of the Punjab Finance Department website: www.punjab.govt.pk schedule of rates for bi-annual period (1 st August 2013 to 13-01-2014) on item rate basis. Sr. Name of Work E-Cost Completion Tender No E-Money Time Fee AR/SR (Paints, Plaster Work, 39,95,000/- Rs. Masonry Work, Repair of 80,0001- 04 Months 5001- Sewer Line, etc.) Tender documents can be purchased from the institute within office hours upto 12-03-2014. Following documents must be provided at the time of pur-chase of tender. 9. Copy of valid enlistment 2013-14. 2. Pakistan Engineering Councii Registration. 3 Authority Letter on firm letter head. . Attested copy of CNIC. 5, Valid NTN Certificate. Sealed tenders will be received upto 13-03-2014 at 1200 noon and shall be opened on the same date at 01:00 pm in the presence of participating firms or their legal representatives in the office of the undersigned. AR/SR Com-mittee has the right to reject any or ali the tenders without any reason. Ten-ders without 2% Earnest Money will be rejected.
