1. The Blank tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee shown against each work. 2. The Blank tender Forms will be issued from the date of publication of this N.I.T. up to 04-03-2014 at 1:00 p.m. and will be received back on 05-03-2014 at 2:00 p.m. and opened on same day at 3:00 p.m. in presence of all intending contractors and tendering committee. 3. Earnest money in shape of call deposit as shown against each work should be deposited in favor of undersigned from any scheduled Bank and call deposit must be attached with tender in envelope as SPPRA Rules. 4. The undersigned and cornpetent authority to accept the tender reserve the right to reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA rules 2010. 5. Contract documents, estimates, drawings and design and specification etc. can be $een in the 08100 01 the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 6. The contractor will have to produce the following documents while submitting the tender documents. i) N.T.N. Certificate Registrafion Certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council for the Calendar year 2014. 7. No conditional tender will be accepted. 8. If any holiday is announced by the Government on the dates stated above, the tenders will be issued, received back and opened on next working day. 9. In case any of the works remain un-respond. the tenders will be issued up to 20-03-2014 at 2:00 P.M. and will be received back on 21-03- 2014 at 1:00 P.M. and opened on same day at 2:00 P.M.
