Complete set of Bidding Documents accompanied by Qualification Criteria may be purchased by an interested Eligible Bidder on submission of a written Application addressed to the undersigned. upon Payment of a non-refundable Fee of Rs.3000, through Pay Order. up to 04th March 2014. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of equal to 2, of Bidding Amount in the form of Pay Order with Financial Proposal. The Bid shall be comprise of Single Package containing Two Separate Envelopes. Each Envelope shall contain separately the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal Envelope. Each Envelope should be marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL.' and ,INANCIAL PROPOSAL" in bold. Presentation on the Design Proposal will be required from the Firms. Firms / Companies registered with Income Tax and PEC in category of C-5 8, above. having NTN Number along with GST Registration Number are only eligible to participate in the Tender. Financial Proposal of Bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned un -opened to the respective Bidders.
