Sealed tenders are invited from the reputable Firms, Dealers / Suppliers for supply and installation of CCTV Cameras, Biometric Machines. DVR, Online Webview, Teleconference and its Cable from their ready stock to SRB, 6th, 9th and 12th Floor, Shaheen Complex Karachi, SRB Hyderabad & Sukkur offices. Sites may be inspected for installation of CCTV Cameras on any working day before submission of the rates. Standard Bidding Document will be issued from the date of publication of this notice in the press upto 21st February, 2014 at 11:00 AM. on the written application on letterhead and payment of Tender Fee Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) in the form of pay order in favour of Project Director, Strengthening and Capacity Building of Sindh Revenue Board and can also be downloaded from SSRPA and SRB Website. The bids must be received to this office at 11:00 am by 21st February. 2014 and will be opened on the same date at 12.00 Noon, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who intend to participate. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Firms, Dealers / Suppliers must be registered with Sindh Sales Tax on Services and Income Tax Department. 2. Rates may be quoted inclusive of all taxes. 3. Offers which are conditional, ambiguous, without security bid / security money and against the terms and conditions of the tender enquiry i.e. validity and delivery schedule etc. and tenders received after due date and time shall not be entertained. 4. Security bid 02% of the bid price may be submitted along with the tender in shape of Demand Draft / Call Deposit / Pay Order in favour of Project Director, Strengthening and Capacity Building of Sindh Revenue Board, Karachi. Tender received without security bid will not be considered. 5. The security bid of the successful bidder will be retained while in the case of others it will be refunded to them. 6. All Taxes will be deducted in accordance with the government instructions. 7. Sindh Revenue Board reserves the right to cancel the bidding process as per provisions of SPP Rules, 2010.
