The terms and conditions / procedure offenders are given below: - 1. Tender documents shall be issued by the office of undersigned on written request on proper letter head (photocopy / computer print not acceptable) on the submission of bank draft in the favor of Treasurer, University of Sargodha as tender document cost (Non-Refundable) to the Firms / Contractors who are registered in relevant category with PEC and University of Sargodha. 2. The competent Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all of bids without assigning any reason as per PEC / PPRA rules. 3. All taxes / deductions will be made as per Govt. Rules amended / revised from time to time. 4. In case of rejection of tender due to some reasons, the tender will be re-opened on 05.03.2014. 5. Schedule i.
