INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AT COMMERCIAL AREA AT SUNDAR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
OPunjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIE) was established By G.. of the Punjab with Public Private Partnership, to facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab. OPIEDMC invites bids for Electrical Infrastructure Development at Commercial Area Sundar Industrial Estate as under: a) HT/LT Cable layingwith Ring Main System. b) Pad mounted equipment's installation i.e. Pad Mounted Transformers, LT D.B, s, etc. c) LED street lights infrastructure with STP control panel and photo cell. OThe bidders rnust: •Have valid registration by PEC in C-5 and above in appropriate category. *Be registered with the FOR for income tax & sales tax. *Not be blacklisted by any government, semi government or autonomous organization, etc. •Have sufficient financial, technical and human resource to complete the project within the prescribed time limit of the finalization of the contract. •Enclose 2% of bid price as bid security with financial proposal, which should be in form of CDR/DDfrorn a scheduled bank in favor of. 'Submit the bid in accordance with the Single Stage-Tate Envelop procedure of PPRA (Punjab) Rules 2009. •Submit bid addressed to General Manager Technical PIEDMC up to 24 Februdi y 2014. OThe biding documents along with antecedent specification of the above mentioned material can be obtained from General Manager Technical PIEDMC during the office hour, on payment of non-refundable Rs.4000/- in shape of Bank Draft/ Pay order in favor of PIEDMC. The bid evaluation criteria are included in the bidding documents. OThe qualified bidders will be informed after evaluation of technical proposals for the opening of financial proposals accordingly.
