Technical and Financial Proposals are invited from the following consultants pre-qualified by PHED for ADP 2013-14 1. EA Consulting Karachi 2. NESPAIC Lahor 3. MMP Consul.t 4. Creative Engineering Consul.ts Peshawar. 5. Associates in Development Islamabad. 6. Asian Consulting Engineers L,ahore. 7. JERS Engineering Consul.t Lahore. 8. Engineering Service Consul.ts Lahore. 9. SAMPAK (Pvt) Lahore. 10. UET Consul.cy Cell Peshawar. The Firrns/Joint Venture shall be selected for the services under qualify-cum-cost based selected method under procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) document. The Pre-qualified consultants are requested to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original One Copy) and a financial proposal (Original ONE Copy) in separate sealed envelope for the services required under the Terms of Reference latest by 10th March 2014 till 4. 00 Pm. RFP documents/TOR are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least three days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs. 5000/-
