REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL / INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Provincial Housing Authority Peshawar Khyber Pukhtunkhwa/ blousing Department invites the Technical & Financial Bids from reputable National/International consultancy firms who have conducted Feasibility Studies, Planning & Designing of more than 50000 Kanal land, Housing Schemes and possesses ample experience of doing similar nature and volume of works for the following jobs, 1. Detailed Planning & Designing of Mega Education City- M-I Nowshera (80000 Kanal). ii. Feasibility Study and Detailed Planning & Designing o f M ega Sport City Peshawar (117104 Kauai). L The consultants firms are requested to download R.F.P from Housing Department Website www.housingkp.gov.pk and submit their sealed proposals i.e. Technical & Financial; in two separates envelopes along with demand draft of Rs.50,000/- (non-refundable) for each project in the name of Director General PHA as a documents charges on or before 7th March , 2014 positively which will be opened by the DCSC in presence of the authorized agent of the firms in the office of Secretary to Govt of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Housing Department. 1. Time for completion of the task will be 04 months after commencement ( I). Opening ofTechnical Bids 10/03/2014 at 1100 hours Oft Opening of Fin ancial Bids 17/03/2014 at 1100 hours. 1. The Financial Proposals of 03 top technically ranked consultants will be opened only who will give 3D animation presentation of the projects to competent forum. Any additional information required regarding the project can be obtained from the office of the under singed dud working hours.
