Sealed tenders based on item's rates are hereby invited, for the work mentioned below from the firm approved by the P&D for current financial year in the field of Topographic Survey work / Soil Investigation works. Tender documents can be obtained, from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC License, Identity Card of contractor / managing partner / director of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled bank:- 1) Chief Engineer (North), Punjab Highway Department, Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Gujranwala Division, Gujranwala. iii) Superintending Engineer, Provincial Highway Circle, Gujranwala. iv) District Coordination Officer, Gujranwala / Gujrat / Sialkot. v) Executive Engineer, Provincial Highway Division, Gujranwala / Gujrat / Sialkot. vi) Deputy District Officer (Revenue), Gujranwala / Gujrat Sialkot.
Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tenders will be received in the office of Chief Engineer (North), Punjab Highway Department, Lahore and Commissioner Gujranwala Division, Gujranwala and will be opened simultaneously at 01:00 P.M on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee at the above venues in the presence of intending contractor or their representatives. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained.
