Provincial Buildings Division Rawalpindi Prequalification Notice

PRE QUALIFICATION All ON NOTICE PROVINCIAL BUILDING CIRCLE RAWALPINDI
Applications are invited from reputed specialized Firms/Contractors who are on the approved list of Punjab Buildings Department and have got their names enlisted/renewed with Communication and Works Department for the year 2013-2014 and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2014 for pre-qualification for tendering for the following works.

The interested contractors / firms are required to submit following information/ documents duly page marked and indexed in duplicate)to the office of the undersigned so as to reach by 10-03-2014 during office hours. 1.
Name and full postal address and partnership deed of the contractors/firms with powerofattomeyinfavourof person authorized. 2. Year of Establishment of the firm supported by certificate from the Registrar of firms. 3. Name and particularsof specialized firms to be associated. 4. List of cases pending in Arbitration /Litigation if any. 5. Certificate of registration from Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad in the relevant category for the current calendar year (duly attested by the First Class Officer). 6. Copy of Enlistment/Renewal for the year 2013-2014 with C&W Department in the relevant category. 7. List of complete permanent business management staff, Finance Management staff and Engineering/technical staff (such as Graduate Engineers, Sub-Engineers, Surveyor/Draftsman etc) with their complete Bio Data it experience and proof of stay with the firm. 8. List of equipment and machinery especiallysuitable to the type and volume of this project with its No./Make/Model/condition and location along with the proof ofownershipof machinery. 9. Detail of similar projects costing more than or equal to the cost of the projects completed by the contractor/firm giving location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with certificate from Client Department 10. List of projects handled during last three years giving their location, approximate cost time allowed / taken for completion duly supported with certificate from Client Department. 11. Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer/Client under whom the works have been executed during last three years and certificate to the effect that funds for the works werenot lapsed / surrendered due to slow progress of contractor during last three years. In case of non production of this certificate, the applications are liable to be rejected. 12. Detail of work in hand indicating name of Client Department, Consultant, scope of work completed/payments received up to date by the Contractors/ Finns. 13. Authentic proof of financial position such as Bank Statement of previous one Year. 14. Total assets, work capital and lia bilitiesduly certified. 15. Income tax registration certificate. 16. Any further particulars of the firm which the firm wish to furnish may also be attached. 17. Each booklet should be duly page marked and index for each content be provided at the first page. 18. The applications / booklets without index and page marking ae liable to be rejected. Prequaliflcation application shall be evaluated on the basis of planning and Development Departmentcdteria for-pre-qualifieation. The other related information required in this regard should also be govided. Any further information/detail in this connection may be obtained from the office of the undersigned or Executive Engineer Provincial Building Division Rawalpindi on any working day or from website of Goverment of the Punjab. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited through letters ontheir postal address,to submit tenders.
