Sealed Tenders for the works mentioned below are invited f torn the interested Contractors, Suppliers & Firms on Standard Bidding Documents under SPPRA Rules 2010.

The Tenders will be issue to all the interested Parties / Firms on production along with copy of Computerized National Identity Card of the Proprietor of Firm on payment of Tender Fee in Cash as shown against each work, the Bid Security (Call Deposit) of the required amount mentioned against each work in the name of Project Director, Police & Prison Works, Home Department, Government of Sloth, Hyderabad must be submitted along with the Bid in the Sealed Envelop. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE TENDERS 1. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council with Specialization in work up to tendered amount exceeding Rs. 2.500 (Million) Cost. 2. Full Name, Complete Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail & Organization of Structure. 3. Complete Bb-Data of Engineers & Technical Staff Associated with Firm / Bidder. 4. List of Works Executed (Completed & In-Progress) during last 5iiyears along with Satisfactory Completion Certificate from Owners for Completed Works. 5. List of Machinery & Equipment with Authentication regarding Ownership. 6. List of Works in hand along with Copy of Work Orders. 7. Financial Soundness Certificate from Scheduled Bank. 8. Affidavit regarding any dispute in Court of Law & Stopping of Work of Firm at any executing agency. 9. Affidavit regarding information submitted by Bidder / Firms is correct. 10. Affidavit regarding Non-Black Listing of firm by Governmentis, Semi-Governmentis Autonomous Bodies Executing Agency. 11. Registration with Income Tax Department (N.T.N.) & Copy of C.N.I.C. 12. Affidavit regarding list of Partners / Partnership Deed with Director/ Proprietor etc with Complete Information along with Power of Attorney / Sole Proprietor. 13. Conditional Tenders will not be accepted. 14. The Procuring Agency may reject All Bids or Proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bidet proposal under SPPRA Rules. The Procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor, who submitted a bidet proposal, the grounds for its rejection 01 411 bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 15. The work will be executed according to PWD specifications. 16. The bid security (call depose) should attached at the time of submission of bid, the amount of bid security would be at the rate 01 2% bid cost duly pledged to the undersigned from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. 17. The Sales Tax on Services will be deducted as per Relevant Rules of Sindh Sales Tax Special Procedure (With Holding Rules 2011).
