The bidders who offer bid of 10% below the Engineer's Estimate will deposit 8% Additional Security in shape of call deposit in the name of Managing Director, PKHA within 3 ( three) days of the opening of bids. In case of failure by depositing the additional sum by the due date, the 2% .earnest money already deposited by him will be forfeited in favour of Government & the 2nd lowest bidder (& so on), will be considered for bid and the defaulting bidders will be recommended for black listing in addition to forfeiture of their earnest money. 11) Sealed bidS sent through registered mail 1 courier should reach up to 12:00 Noon on 10/03/2014.
