CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
PIA is going through a major restructuring programme and requires the services of a high calibre Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition to the regular financial and regulatory duties the incumbent will be responsible for implementing a structural re-organizational plan. Candidates with the following key attributes should apply: Qualification Chartered Accountant, preferably foreign qualified. Experience 25 years of experience with at least 15 years as its head, in the Finance Department of large organization, preferably a multinational.
Skills/Special Requirements • Well experienced in the implementation of strategic decisions involving heavy capital expenditures, leasing activities, acquisitions and divestitures. • Have the ability to assist the Board and CEO in identifying new funding opportunities and in determining the cost effectiveness of new measure • Have outstanding communication skills and be able to address the concerns stall stakeholders. • Improve corporate governance at all levels within the organization and be involved with staff training and education. • Have vision and leadership skills to manage an efficient Finance Department and to introduce change.
DIRECTOR MARKETING

Director Marketing plays a vital role in defining the marketing development Strategies. The role of incumbent will bets lead the marketing efforts and will encompass preparing and irnplementing a strategic marketing plan to meet PIA's goals and corporate objectives. Qualification MBA/MPA/MAS from a recognized and reputable institution/university. Preference will be given to a person having foreign qualification. Experience 20 years of market experience. Aviation industry experience will be an added advantage, with at least 15 years of experience in senior managerial position involving following responsibilities: • Sales & Marketing • Fleet Planning • Customer Services • Contract Negotiation • Strategic Business Planning • Project Management Skills/Special Requirements • Proven leadership skills and experience in people management. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with deep understanding of the business dynamics, and proven ability to develop and achieve revenue goals.

We are currently looking for a Director Information Technology to join our growing and dynamic team of skilled technical professionals. PIAC's IT Department is responsible for designing, enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure in support of enterprise applications and business requirements. The Director Information Technology will provide leadership and overall technical direction to the infrastructure, telecommunications and service / help desk teams while ensuring a highly available and stable environment. This scope includes contributing to the overall engineering, design, build, and high-level support of all existing and new infrastructure.
Qualification Skills/Special Requirements PhD/MS in IT/Computer Science from a well recognized • Familiarity with and understanding of the development local /foreign university. and advancement of Information Technology System. • Good knowledge of n-tier applications in heterogeneous environments (Unix or derivatives, NT) and web technologies. • Understanding of common network monitoring and diagnostic tools. • Experience with project management techniques and practical project management skills will be needed. • Should possess a high degree of initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
