Composite Schedule of Pate 2013 MRS item rate tenders are hereby invited for the under mentioned works. Tender forms will by issued one day before up to office hours and will be opened on the due date at 1.00 pin in the office of the undersigned situated near Shah Akan Abaci, D I Khan in presence of all the contractors or their authorized agents who tare to be present. Ictider forms will be issued to govt. contractors / firms who fulfill the 011owitig conditions: I. Contractor should produce govrtunent receipt on account enlistment / renewal fee for the year 2013-14 (photocopy). 2. Tubewell contractors are bound to give water sample results of each Strata from the laboratory. 3. Contractor should produce: PEC in the relevant category for the year 2014 having ME code CE-09, which will be verified from original documents of the contractor. 4. Contractor / firm should produce 2% earnest money in the shape of Call Deposit from the local Khyber Bank of Pakistan. Earnest money in shape of cheque / cash will not be accepted. 5. Before issuing tender form: verification of call deposit shall be made. 6. National Identity Card (photocopy) must be attached. Government contractors should apply for tender form on thci printed pad applications. The applications on white paper IuU not be considered. If a contractor quotes rate 10% below on MRS 2013 estimated cost then additional 8% advance earnest money in shape of call .deposit should be attached with tender form otherwise tender .form will be rejected without any reason. If a contractor quotes rate below 30% on MRS 2013 estimated cost his call deposit will be forfeited. If the funds are not released by the government, the tenders shall stand cancelled. 10. Tender forms for tubewell / pumping machinery will only 1-,c issued to pre-qualified contractors of PHED. 11. if any contractor misbehaves with officials of this office, he ShLIH be banned for 3 months which can he extended up to one year. 12. Tender forms for supply of stabilizer / voltage regulator will on! be issued to standardized firms / contractors of P1-LED. 13. The tender form for tubewell work will only be issued to tin contractors who are the owners of Rig Machine (for deep tubewell drilling up to 1500 feet) for which physical verificatioi shall be made by the department at site. 14. The processing of Unicef tenders will be subject to rele-tsc 0 funds. 15. Works under CMD will be carried out according to the guidelines for ADP 2013-14 -introduced by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The acceptance of the tender will, rest with the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, who does not bind himself to accept the lowest tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without assigning any reason. All the tenders in which any of the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled will be rejected. Application for issuance of tender form will be received one day in advance and no application would be entertained on due date.
