For the advertisement released in dailies Sahafat, Nawa-i-Waqt, and The News on 17-01-2014, 18-01-2014 and 20-01-2014 respectively vide Advertisement No IPL-559, the dates of opening of the bids and conditions under Note have been amended as under-

The bidders are required to submit the bids under single stage - two envelope procedure. The bids shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal as per Rule 38 (2) (a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
