Qualifications & Experience. Masters Degree in public health. unloose seven years of work experience of which at least three years in a senior management role. Experience working with an INGO is a must. Previous experience in managing Global Fund grants and TB programs is desirable while previous experience with a variety of donors will be an added advantage. Excellent writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Responsibilities/Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for the overall grant management, planning, monitoring & supervision and reporting of the grant. The person will provide technical support and guidance to implementing partners for implementing program activities; preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports; and developing and following M&E Plans. Sthe will be responsible for strengthening the capacity of all SRs through formal workshops, trainings etc. S/he will carry out regular monitoring visits of the project sites. provide on-site technical support and will ensure quality, validity and timeliness of reports generated by the SRs, in accordance with the Global Fund guidelines and requirements.
