LAHORE RING ROAD AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (E010 FOR HIRING OF SERVICES OF LAW FIRM(S) TO CONDUCT LITIGATION 10 Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA), a corporate entity under the Communication & Works Department, Government of the Punjab was established in 2011 and is mandated to. plan, promote, organ-size, re-organize and implement programs for construction, devel-opment, operation, repairs, security and maintenance of the Lahore Ring Road and the other strategic roads.
