Pre-qualification of Public Relations (PR) Agencies
Labour and Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab intends to prepare and execute a media campaign for upcoming South Asia Labour Conference from 24thApril to 26.April 2014 at Lahore. Proposals are invited from well-established PR Agencies to design and execute innovative and effective PR campaign
Eligibility Criteria:
The interested PR agenci-es must-be registered..with_AINS and PEA:.. Experience of designing and executing government campaigns is compulsory/ work with corporate sector will be an advantage. * The bidder must provide their portfolio comprising their advertising campaigns executed on 360°. * The bidder must provide complete details of their organizational structure and 
creative strength.  * Each bidder shall be duly incorporated/registered under relevant laws for the last 5 years. * Be registered with Income Tax Department/ Sales Tax Department / Punjab Revenue Authority. * Hard copies of pre-qualification document incorporating details of all requirements may be obtained from SALC Secretariat, PESSI Head Office 3-A, Gulberg-V, Jail Road, Lahore against a tender fee of Rs. 1000/- on or before 21-02-2014 at 11:30AM. They may also be downloaded from www.pessi.gop.pk free of cost. * Pre-qualification proposal completed in all manner most be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Deputy Secretary (Development), SALC Secretariat at PESSI Head Office. Tenders will be opened on 21-02-2014 at 12:00 PM. • Proposals received by fax or email shall not be accepted • Proposals received after given date & time shall not be accepted • Incomplete proposals are also liable to be rejected.
