GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:  1. Applicants are required to submit ONLINE Application Forms by the closing date which is 10-03-2014. No candidate will be informed about the date of Written Test / Interview individually. If number of applications is lesser than 150: the candidates will be short listed for interview on academic basis without any written test if the Wrftten Test/Examination is not mandatory in the prescribed Service Rules.
8. In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her online application form prove to be incorrect at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and disciplinary action will be taken under the rules. 9. The number of posts may be increased or decreased by the Competent Authority only if no date for written examination is fixed and in case when selection is made only on the basis of viva-voce/interview, before finalization of viva-voce/interview. 10. Candidates presently living/residing abroad and having Punjab Domicile may also apply. 11. In case of disabled person, Column 20 of Online application form should be filled in mentioning 'Yes' or 'No'. If the candidate is disabled, he/she will have to submit a certificate from Provincial Council for rehabilitation of disabledpersons of Social Welfare Department.
'2 Following documents in original along with a set of photocopy will be required if called for interview /viva voce. a) Original Treasury Receipt of fee deposited. b) Matriculation Certificate 05 :5 case of '0' Level, equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairrnen(IBCC) Islamabad showing total/obtained marks, date of birth or school leaving certificate showing date of birth. c) I ntermediate CertificaterA' level along with equiva le. qualification. d) Bachelor Degree and Detailed marks of relevant academic oertificates issued by the Controller of Examinations. e) DVM and detailed marks of relevant academic certificates. f) Master's Degree and Detailed marks of relevant certificate. g) Degrees /Detailed marks of B.Sc Forestry from recognized University / Forest Institute duly issued by Controller of Examinations showing total/obtained marks and percentages. h) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab issued on or before the closing date. i) In case of Government Servant, Departmental Permission Certificate (available on PPSC website) duly signed and stamped by the competent authority of concerned Department. Important Note: Candidates will be adrnitted to the written test (if held) provisionally. On detailed scrutiny of applications of candidates declared successful in written test, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under rules, his/her candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he / she appeared in the written test or qualified therein.
