Hrs Global Karachi  Our client, a market leader in the hygienic disposable products, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and dynamic professional for their plant based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Production and Technical Manager
Responsibilities: Ensure that the production is handled as planned Responsible for the productivity, scrap and quality targets to be reached o. Monitor production lines, work for eliminating irregularities and increasing the productivity Issue procedures, instructions and forms that the quality assurance system requires and update the documentation regularly Ensure necessary actions about OHS and environment to Preserve regular maintenance of the buildings, machinery & equipment, and monitor the maintenance costs accordingly 1* Monitor the development of the team and report development needs to HR department Ensure work health and safety rules in the department
Qualification Required:  Candidate should possess a university graduation degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics or in Industrial Engineering  Candidate should have a total of 5-7 years of experience and minimum 3 years as a manager in a similar production role Core Skills Required: Candidate should possess strong skills in coordination and communication, leadership, analytical thinking, conflict management and cost consciousness  Expertise in MS Office and basics knowledge of SAP is preferred
