TENDER NOTICE ENTERTAINMENT BLOCK OF CHENAB CLUB FAISALABAD
Sealed tenders by the prequalified firms are invit. for the construction of Entertainment Block Chenab Club (G) Ltd, Faisalabad so as to reach the undersigned by 28th February, 2014 the same will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of development committee, The tender shall be issued against written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment up to date renewal letter and fee receipt, PEC License , authority letter on pd form of contractor/ firm, identify card of contractor managing parther of the firm of along with registered power of attorney. Tender documents c,an be obtained from Chenab Club Office Faisalabad during office hours on payment of prescribed tender fee of Rs.10,000/- as a lump sum amount, Which is non refindable. The sale of tenders up to three days before the date of receipt of tenders. Tenders will be received in the Club office up to 12:00 Noon on the date of opening of tenders and will be opened thereafter by the tender opening committee. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in wards. All bidders shall be required with their bids the companies quaification Information with supporting documents including list and photographs of projects completed and in hand, list of technical staff, eguipmen., tools a. plants available with the company, list of arbitration, litigation cases etc. so as to assess their past qualification performance of WO. Banks certificates and banks statements clearly indicating credit wo. of the firm/contractors.
