TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are required from approved contractor/firms of Building Works (C&W) Department Govt. of the Punjab who are licensed with Pakistan Engineering Counsel (PEC) in the appropriate category for annual repair works of TEVTA, Wood Working Service Centre. Tipu Road,Rawalpindi on the following terms & conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hour till March 10, 2014 at 12:00 PM. Price of the tender documents is Rs. 500/- A written request of contractor / firm letter pad along with copies of registration, renewal for current financial year, (PEC) License. 2. The contractor / firm must be NTN registered, in case of exemption, prove should accompany the bids. 3. The bids are valid for minimum 90 days. 4. The earnest money as called deposit (refundable after completion of A/R work) @ Rs. 2 % of the full value of given rates in favor of "The Project Director TEVTA,Wood Working Service Centre Tipu Road Rawalpindi" 5. Quotations are to be submitted upto March 17, 2014 at 11:00 am and tender will be opened at 11:30 am on same day in presence of AR/SR committee and the contractor or their representative. 6. Payment will be made through cheque after deduction of all type of taxes aspen prevailing rates after receipt. Inspection and acceptance of the annual repair must be in accordance with the given specifications. 7. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes to be payable by firms which will be deducted at the time of final payment. 8. The tender would be rejected if the amount of CDR is less than 2% of the total quoted price. 9. Tender must be submitted quoted rate item wise along with earnest money/ call deposit receipt and envelope separately falling which tender would be rejected. 10. Selection will be made according to comparative statement of the overall lowest price. 11. Attached certificate that the amount of CDR is not less than the quoted price. 12.
