TENDER NOTICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MEDICINES, INJECTION INTERFERON AND DISPOSABLE SYRINGES FOR THE YEAR 2014-15
The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution, Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids from Pharmaceutical manufacturers / Sole agents of foreign principals prequalified with PESSI for supply of medicines including Injection Interferon. For the supply of disposable syringes, the manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principles (registered with Health Department, Government of the Punjab with reference to letter No. SO(DC)6-39/2007(P) dated 17.12.2009) are invited. The supply of medicines and disposable syringes shall be made on FOR Basis at Central Medical Store Depot (CMSD), Lahore, however, injection interferon shall be supplied on FOR basis at consignee end. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of undersigned along with details of items/quantities on submission of written request on firm's letter head on the payment of us. 1000/- as tender fee (Non refundable). Single stage-two envelops bidding procedure shall be applied. The envelopes should be marked as FINANCIAL PROPOSAL AND TECHNICAL PROPOSAL in bold and legible letters. The financial proposals of bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned un-opened to the respective bidders.
Sealed bids are required along with 2% earnest money of total quoted value of items to be submitted in person by the authorized representative of interested bidders on 28.02.2014 up to 10.30 A.M. which will be opened on the same day at 11.00 AM. in presence of the representative of participating firms who care to attend.
