1. Sealed quotations are invited for Fy 2013-14 for purchase/supply of security equipment from GST registered firms. 2. Detail of secure, equipment's alongwith terms and conditions can be obtained from President Local Purchase Committee on any working day between 0900 to 1400 Hrs. Quotations (Technical and Commercial) are to be submitted as per bidding document available with president Local Purchase Committee. 3. Sealed Technical and commercial quotations in accordance with PPRA Rule 36 (b) along with complete documents should reach Commanding Officer PNS IQBAL on 04-03-14 by 1100 Hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of all bidders. 4. Commercial Quotes of only those firms will be entertained, who qualify in their technical offers. 5. Commanding Officer PNS IQBAL may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. However upon request Commanding Officer PNS IQBAL shall communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted chides proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 6.
