ATC Case No. 21/2014 (The STATE V/s BACHAL MAHERI & Others) Crime No. 10/2014 u/s 3/4 Exp. Act, 427, 109, PPC 6/7 ATA of Police Station Hyderabad.
Whereas complaint has been made before me that accused (1) Bachal S/o Ishaque Maheri, R/o Golarchi Badin, (2) All Ahmed Chandio S/o un-known, R/o Naseem Nagar, Qasimabad, (3) Jabber S/o Ghulam Akbar Jhatiyal, R/o Kamal Khan Jhatiyal near Phulji Station, District Dada, (4) Lala Aslam S/o Naseer Khan Pathan, R/o Jamshoro, (5) Safi S/o Allah Dion Burfat, R/o Jamshoro, (6) Hafeez Birzada S/o Illahi Bus, Ft/o Village Hail Lal Bus, Taluka Dokri, District Larkana have/has committed (or is suspected to have committed) the offence punishable under Sections 3/4 Expl. Act, 427, 109, PPC 6/7 ATA of PS City Hyderabad. It has been returned to a warrant of arrest thereupon issued that accused above named can not be found and whereas it has seen shown to rny satisfaction that the said accused has/have absconded (or concealing himself/themselves/herself to avoid the service of the said warrant). Proclamation is hereby made that the said accused is/are concerned of Districts Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, Khairpur is/are required to appear at Hyderabad before this Court (A-6, G.O.R Colony Hyderabad) to answer the said complaint within seven days from the date of publication in the newspapers else the case will be proceeded in absence of the accused and proceeding u/s 88 Cr.P.0 will also be initiated.
