GCUF Gc University Faisalabad Jobs Opportunities Applications are invited for the appointments in a well reputed public sector educational institution from qualified, competent, motivated, innovative, goal oriented & committed professionals (Pakistani Nationals) for the following positions.
1. Professor
Economics = 1
(UnderTenure Track System)
Eligibility Criteria: Professor (Consolidated Pay/month Rs. 234,000/-- 405,600/-)
Qualification Experience: Ph.D./Relevant terminal qualification from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field with either 1 1 years' post-Ph.D./Relevant terminal degree or minimum of 7 years of post-Ph.D. experience with at least 12 years of experience prior to Ph D. The experience to be counted is to be of teaching/research in a recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. In addition 1 5 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the past 5 years) in internationally abstracted Journals, recognized for the purpose of appointment on Tenure Track by the Higher Education Commission.
2. Professor (BPS-21)

The applicant must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals. 3. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) Urdu = 1 (Temporary, likely to become permanent)

4. Lecturer (BPS-18)

Position / Age Limit MinimumQualification Experience Minimum Number of Publications Lecturer Age Limit: 21-35 years First Class Master's Degree under Annual System or CGPA 3.00/4.00 under Semester System OR equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution. Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer to the candidate holding a higher degree viz. M.Phil/Ph.D. or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career. Furthermore, the candidate with 2nd division in the Master's Degree but holding higher degree i.e. M.Phil/Ph.D. or equivalent degree with 1 8 years of education could be considered. No experience required Nil 5. Research Officer (BPS-17) Sociology = 1 (Temporary, likely to become permanent) Age Limit: 24-35 Minimum Qualification & Experience MA/MSc, 1st class in the relevant subject from a recognized College/University.
