Prison Department invites sealed tenders based on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2003 from eligible bidders / firms having previous experience as well as registered with income Tax and Sales Tax Department, for the purchase of fol-lowing stores, for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prisons Department for the financial year 2013-14. Tenders be addressed to the Inspector General of Prisons Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Technical proposal would be opened on 14-02-2014 at 10:00 AM in the presence of Purchase Committee and intending bidders in the office of Inspector General of Prisons Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. The detailed specifications / Tender Documents pertaining to the above mentioned items can be obtained at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the office of Inspector General of Prisons Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar on the submission of application on the firms' letter head on any working day during office hours up to 12-02-2014. The offers shall be accepted only with original bidding documents. Photocopies would not be accepted. No tender will be considered after the due date and time. The Tender must accompany a call deposit of 2% of the total bid amount, in the name of Inspector General of Prisons Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Quoted rates of the items must be inclusive of all the leviable Taxes which will be deducted from the bids of the suppliers. Rates offered without including the Taxes will be sununarily rejected. 3. Inspector General of Prisons reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason. TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes as under:-a. Technical Proposal (Detailed specifications, make, country etc. on the firm's letter head pad along with catalogue, bidding documents, warranty, for respective items) installation, demonstration and Service in the warranty period shall be the responsibility of the firm free of cost. b. Financial Proposal (Rate of respective item including all taxes / charges whatsoever as per following form on the firm's letter head earnest money) c.
