REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF AYUBIA CHAIRLIFT (BOT BASIS/ TURN KEY BASIS)
The Galiyat Development Authority (GDA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) intends to hire the services of consultants to conduct various surveys and studies for" Replacement of Ayubia Chairlift (BOT Basis/ Turn Key Basis)" to make it a sustainable tourist facility, Topographic Survey, Planning and Designing of base and Top station, Car Parking facility , Visitors forecast study, Construction details of all components, Operational Plan and execution schedule, Tendering, execution and supervision, Preparation of PC-I and improvement of access road etc.
Details of the assignment (RFP/ TOR) can be obtained from the office of the underisgned on payment of PKR, 6,000/-(non- refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order. Firms having qualified relevant planning and engineering professionals duly registered with PEC are invited to submit technical & financial proposal for this assignment as per PPRA rules. The selection shall be based on quality plus cost basis as pre PPRA rules.
Technical & Financial Proposals (3 copies) to be submitted by the interested consultants firms shall be received till 12:00 noon and shall be opened at 12:30 PM on 10/3/2014, in the office of Secretary LG&RDD, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Technical & Financial Proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes clearly marked with project title and type of proposals.
