District Government Gujrat (Works & Services Department), intends to hire services of (Residential Type) consulting firms for the following works.

Expression of Interest (E0I) are invited from the firms registered with Planning & Development Department, Government of the Punjab, with following information / documents. 1- Certificate of registration with (Planning & Development Department), Government of the Punjab, alongwith the latest renewal letter. 2- Copy of Registration with Securities and Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms. 3- Copy of Registration with Income Tax Department. 4- List of permanent professional staff alongwith CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project. 5- List of similar works completed by the firm during last (10 years) and similar works in hand, indicationg total cost of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works alongwith date of start and completion or expected date of completion. 6- A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Government / Autonomous Body. 7- District Govt. Gujrat reserves the right to accept /reject one or all proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules. 8- Audited statement of accounts for the last (3 years). The applications alongwith profile must reach the office of the undersigned upto 07.03.20I4.
