The 4" Convocation 2014 of University of Sargodha is scheduled to be held on 5"1 March 2014. In this regard, a full dress rehearsal will be held on 4" March 2014 at 09:00 am. The eligible Graduates who are desirous of attending the Convocation can get themselves registered w.e.f 15") of February to 24" of February 2014.
Eligible Graduates
▪ Position Holders of all Annual / Semester Examinations 2012 except Position Holders of BA / B.Sc Annual Examination 2012, they will be conferred Degrees / Medals! Merit Certificates. El Passed out Graduates of all Bachelor / Master / MS / M.Phil Programmes who have completed degree requirements as regular students of the University in the year 2012. U Passed out Ph.D students who have completed degree requirement in the year 2012 and 2013.
Registration Procedure
▪ Prescribed Registration Form is available in HBL University of Sargodha Branch. The same can also be downloaded from the university website www.uos.edu.pk 1111 Prescribed Registration fee Rs. 500/- most be deposited in designated Branches of HBL on prescribed challan form in University of Sargodha HBL Account No. 04230037889603 U Every Graduate who wants to get himself! herself registered for the convocation most visit his! her relevant department of the University of Sargodha along with duly filled in registration form and bank challan of Rs. 500/- to receive registration card for the convocation.
El Only registered Graduates will be allowed to enter the Convocation Panda]. Moreover, attendance in full dress rehearsal is mandatory for participation in the Convocation. El The prescribed academic costume /gown can be hired! purchased from university after the submission of prescribed dues! security on 4" March 2014.
