Tender documents can be collected from Cesvi Field Office, Syed Ejaz Hussain House, Sadaat Colony, Near Telephone Exchange, Rajanpur and from Cesvi Head Office, Sector F-614, Street # 56, House 2A, Islamabad from 1000 am to 0500 pm, Monday to Friday by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000/.. Tender Documents can a. be collected through e-mail bilal.cesvi@gmail.com, in case Dossier is collected through ernail, Tender Fee will be submitted at the former Bid submission. 2. Sealed tenders should reach Cesvi Field Office, Syed Ejaz Hussain House, Sadaat Colony, Near Telephone Exchange, Rajanpur latest by 01:00 pm on 06 March, 2014 and should be clearly marked "TENDER FOR LOT No.1,23 &4° - Not to be opened before .01:30 pm on 06 March, 2014" 3. Tenders will be opened on the same day in 06 March, 2014 at 01:30 pm in the presence of suppliers or her representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening. 4. In case a public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to any reason) the tender will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue. 5. A pay order/ demand draft in favor of "Cesvi" with a value of 5./0 of the bid amount must also accompany the bid as Tender Guarantee. Bids received without Tender Guarantee will be rejected. If the selected bidder refuses to sign the supplies c,ontract then Cesvi reserves the right to forfeit the bid security. 6. Bids received .thout samples may be rejected. In case of any query or question Bidders may contact on above mentioned addresses and contact number till 05:00 pm (COB) on 05 March, 2014. 7. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item and each Lot. Bids received with more than one options and rates will be rejected. 8. Bidders can apply for a single or multiple Lots. But Cesvi reserves the right to award the Tender Lot wise. 9. Tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. 10. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not lineedle applying/ bidding by muffiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted. 11. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria of selection; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered.
