EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
PREOUA LIFICATION OF CONSLUTANTS
Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Punjab intends to hire consultancy services for the Designing of the Project of Up-gradation and Development of Shrine liazrat Bibi Pak Daman, Lahore. The detailed TORs shall be issued to the short-listed firms only. The Consultancy lirms. interested in the assignment with experience of similar nature of assignments may apply for selection containing the following information / particulars duly supported with necessary documents as under:-
i- Name of firm/address of the registered office with telephone/ fax number and Email address including organization chart showing management structure. ii- Memorandum and Articles of Association of the firm. iii- Personal details/bio-data of qualified professionals in each field on the pay roll of the firm or associated with the fin. iv- Detail of similar assignments carried out during the last 10 years and similar assignments in-hand duly supported with documentary evidence. v- List of similar projects completed/in-hand. vi- An undertaking by the consultants/firms to the effect that Neither the firm/consultant nor its Directors/Stakeholders, as a whole or as a part, of the firm have ever been black listed/defaulted by any government agency/departmenUorganint ion and also that the information supplied by the consultant/firm is correct. vii- Certificate/affidavit that the firm is not in litigation with any client. SuperHour/irrelevant information shall lend to disqualification. The Consultancy firms fulfilling the above requirements should send their profile with above parriculars/information to the undersigned by 10-03-2014 during office hours. • Short listing will be done as per criteria given in (P&D) Department guidelines. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the applications at any time prior to the acceptance on the basis of valid reasons under PPRA-rules 2014 and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. If at any stage concealment/distortion of fact(s) is detected it would be sufficient cause to reject the application.
