GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVERTISER IN FAISALABAD
Water and Sanitation Agency, FDA, Faisalabad, intends to allow advertisement companies to install hoarding boards around various OHRs, situated in Faisalabad City area for a period of three years and further extendable mutually. The detail of such available sites is as under:- 1. OHR Gulistan Colony, situated on Main Sheikhupura Road. 2. OHR Johar Colony 3. OHR Ghulam Muhammad Abad 4. OHR Peoples Colony No. 1 (Office of Deputy Director (O&M) East) 5. OHR Peoples Colony No. 2 (Fowara Chowk) 6. OHR Dogar Basti, near Satiana Road 7. OHR Peoples Colony D-Block 8. OHR Peoples Colony No. 2 (Babar Chowk) 9. OHR Jhal Khanuana, Samundari Road. 10. OHR Abdullah Pur, Opposite Abdullah Pur Bridge. 11. Tubewells at Rakh Branch Canal.
Abbreviations: OHR stands for over head reservoir. O&M stands for operation & maintenance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1 Sealed bids will be received and opened on 11-02-2014 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of WASA, Main Office, Faisalabad, in the presence of interested bidders. 2. Separate sealed bids for each site will be submitted on yearly rent basis with annual percentage increase per year. 3. A Demand Draft of 25% of the bid amount in favour of WASA, FDA, Faisalabad, should be accompanied with the bid and no bid shall be entertained, without the requisite Demand Draft/ Pay Order. 4. The bid amount should be mentioned in figures as well as in words. Bids with tempered figure will be rejected. 5. Prior approval of contents of the advertisement by WASA, Faisalabad, would be necessary. 6. Religiously or politically instigating slogans will not be allowed. 7. Arrangement of NOC from the concerned authority/ agency shall be the responsibility of the bidder. 8. Payment of all taxes, if any, shall be the responsibility of the bidder. 9. Addition/ alteration in the existing structure of WASA will not be allowed. 10. The successful bidder shall not further let out whole or any part of the space to any other party without permission. 11. The size/ dimension of hoarding board/ advertisement board must be mentioned in the bid in feet. 12. Please feel free to contact the undersigned for queries, if any.
