(i) Tender may/will be issued to authonzed representative /local agent of the firms in the trade only on the presentation of authority letter of their principal. (ii) Tender envelope should be sealed and clearly marked for the Supply of Oil & Lubricants for Small Hydel Power Stations. (iii) The ContractoriSupplier will be responsible to supply the material at the store of the Resident Engineer, HPS, Nandipur, Distt.Gujranwala through his own transport and cost. (iv) Quoted rates will be considered. item wise rates will be treated including G.S.T. (v)Supply of Oil & Lubricants will be in drums.
