Unit rate against each item as well as total amount serial wise and grand total to be mentioned. Tenderers will be bound to submit call deposit @ Rs.2(3/0 of the total bid cost alongwith tenders in favour of undersigned. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tender should reach this office up to 28.01.2014 by 1000 hours positively and will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative who wish to attend. Conditions
I. WECHS is not bound to purchase all the items from only one Supplier/Firm. ii. The Supplier/Firm can quote the rates against the items which they can supply instead of all the items. iii. Sample of each item is required to be provided by the bidder alongwith bid.
