Sealed tenders are invited for supply of office and laboratory Machinery & Equipment below for Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Sindh Tando Jam under developrnent scheme during the year 2013-2014 from manufactures, ireporters / Exporters National/Multi-National Companies/General Order Suppliers and Authorized dealers possessing valid GOT and NIT number.

The tender documents containing detailed specification and other terms and conditions shall be issued during the office hours on working days on payment of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) (Non-Refundable) in the shape of pay order/bank draft in favor of Director Veterinary Research & Diagnosis, Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, Sindh Tando Jam from the date of publication fill 6-2-2014 up to 17.00 p.m. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Tenders are required to be fumished with earnest more of 2.5% of total value of the bid in the shape of pay order/call deposit in favor of Director, Veterinary Research & Diagnosis, Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, Sindh Tando Jam. 2. The firms shall prepare two envelopes. The bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately TECHNICAL PROPOSAL (include catalogue/literature) WITH SOFT COPY of FINANCIAL PROPOSAL For verification purpose original call deposit (CD) must be attached with Technical Proposal and photocopy with financial proposal. 3. Last date of receipt offender is 7-2-2014 up to 15:00 p.m. at the Directorate of Veterinary Research & Diagnosis, Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Sindh, Tando Jam, Technical Proposal envelops shall be opened on the same day at 15:30 p.m. in the office of Director, Veterinary Research & Diagnosis, Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Sindh, Tando Jam in presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. 4. For services and contractual execution of work or fumishing supplies; registration with Sindh Revenue Board for Sindh Sales Tax (SST) is mandatory and SST will be deducted in full as per Sindh Sales Tax Special Procedure (With holding) Rules, 2010.
