University of Swat invites sealed Technical and Financial bids from well-established/reputed consulting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the detailed supervision works to be carried out in the University of Swat's Project "Establishment of University of Swat, Phase4" at Dakorak-Charbagh, Swat, Khyber Palchtunkhwa. Approximate cost of the civil/electrical work is PICR 1550 million. The firm, desiring participation, should submit two sealed envelopes containing Technical and Financial Proposals separately duly marked on face of the envelope as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" in clear legible writing, which shall be opened in the presence of the interested bidders or their authorized representatives. After the evaluation and approval of the technical proposal, the Procurement Committee shall open the financial proposals of the technically responsive bidders only. The financial proposal of bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned on-opened to the respective bidders. Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.50001- (Non-Refundable) during working hours 8:30 to 1600 hrs (Monday to Friday), which contains the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions, Selection Criteria, and other relevant details.
