University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore Tender Notice

UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, LAHORE - 54890  (ACCOUNTS WING)  REQUEST FOR  PROPOSAL
Sealed Proposals, on single stage, one envelope (FOR) basis are hereby invited by the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore from G.S.T registered well reputed firms/suppliers to sup-ply the stationery items (rate contract) used for the official work for the period w.e.f. November 26. 2013 to January 27. 2014 in accordance with the specifications attached with the tender docu-ments. The last date for submission of tenders is 27-01-2014 at 11.00 AM in the Treasurer office UET Lahore. The proposal/ten-ders will be opened on 27-01-2014 at 11.30 AM by the Central Purchase Committee in the conference room Adjacent to the Vice -Chancellor's office in presence of the bidders or their authorized agents (if any). The proposals/tender documents can be obtained from the Treasurer office UET Lahore during office hours on the same day of advertisement non-refundable payment of Rs. 1.000/- to be deposited in the University Main Account No. 553-33 maintained with HBL, UET Branch Lahore. • No telephonic/telegraphic/faxed tenders are acceptable. • Only GST paid firms/contractors are eligible to participate. The competent authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The competent authority shall upon request communicate to any supplier or con-tractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejec-tion of 01 bids or proposals but is not required to justify those wounds.
