This Call for Proposals is launched jointly by the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of SAFRON, Commissioner Afghan Refugees Punjab and the Soled Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Paidstan and is focused on the Refugee Hosting Areas (RHA) cornponent of OARS.
Terms and Conditions: The proposals are invited from Non-Governrnent Organizations (NG0s) having valid Allowed to Work Status (ATWS) and Govt. Line Departments.
The proposal documents can be downloaded from web address at www.unhcr.org.pk and CAR Punjab website at www.car.punjab.gov.pk
Applicants are requested to submit a complete application package, taking account of required formats, supporting documents and guidelines. Govt Line Departments may submit their project proposals on the PC-1 forrnat. NI applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope by post courier or hand to Commissioner Afghan Refugee Punjab, 203-D Upper Mall Scheme Lahore. Titled °Call for Proposals I 1/2014" The closing date of this Call for Proposals is Friday 7'" February 2014. This Call for proposals replaces the earlier launched Call for Proposals # 2-2013 dated 2e October 2013. All interested may re-apply under the terms of this Fresh Call for Proposals.
