United Bank Limited hereby invites enlistments for: 1. All Courier Companies providing courier and postage services at local, domestic, and overseas levels, especially to banks & financial institutions, which are registered in Pakistan as per the existing applicable laws. 2. All Purified Mineral Drinking Water supply companies, which are registered in Pakistan as per the existing applicable laws. Companies eligible to participate in the tender for provision of services to UBL branches / offices across Pakistan must meet the minimum criteria below:
a) Certification from PCSIR b) Registration with Pakistan Banking Association (FBA) c) Minimum one year service experience with banks or 5 years in other cases, with references.
A complete set of enlistment form / documents may be purchased from Procurement Department, Head Office UBL, Ground Floor, Printing & Stationery Building, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, on submission of a written application along with a payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- in form of pay orders payable in favor of M/s. UBL. during office hours (9:00 am. to 5:30 p.m.). A sealed envelope containing complete tender form/s (bids / offers) and other accompanying documents must be dropped in the tender box placed at Head Office UBL, Ground Floor, Printing & Stationery Building, M T. Khan Road, Karachi, by 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 17th, 2014 to be considered as a valid bid.
UBL management reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
