FOR PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGERS FOR WEXNET FASHION SHOW AT LAHORE
Sealed Bids are invited from Event Management Companies / Firms registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax, having expertise and capacity to plan and manage Fashion show for Event WEXNET 2014 scheduled to be held from March 21-23, 2014 at Lahore. Fashion show will be conducted on 20th March, 2014. The company /firm would: 1. Be allocated adequate space at venue and they shall be required to arrange and build the entire infrastructure for organizing the event as per detailed drawing and BOQs. 2. Arrange red carpet ceremony, necessary entrance and facilities such as registration for guests, seating, security, etc. shall be provided. There should be adequate number of Guest Relations Officers. 3. Provide 24 top rank local female models and 8 top ranked male models for the execution of the Pret/ High-fashion shows for a day. The event manager shall be responsible for all talent hiring and coordination and for the payment to the hired male & female models. 4. Arrange press and electronic media coverage of fashion show. 5. Be responsible for execution of Cat Walk/ Fashion show with all relevant! necessary requirements. 6. Provide complete technical support throughout the event. The bidder will furnish a"Call Deposit receipt/Pay Order"in favor of "TDAP, Lahore" equivalent to 3% of the total tender amount (after including all payable taxes) as Earnest / Bid money. All interested companies / firms have to submit the tender with following documents and bank draft latest by 13-02-2014 at 1100 hrs. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs. All interested parties should provide: 1) Company Profile 2) Financial Statements / Bank Certificates showing financial strength of the firm. 3) Relevant experience and past performance Item Wise details / BOO can be obtained from the undersigned on any working days till 10th February, 2014 between 1000 to 1600 hrs on payments of Rs. 500/- (Rs. five hundred).
