Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab Lahore Tender for Notice

TENDER NOTICE
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab intends to develop two short duration video documentaries on various aspects of the rich historical & cultural heritage of Punjab for projection on various media/channels & on special occasions. Interested firms, media houses / parties are required to submit their company profile, bids along with details of equipment and technical staff. The details are: Topics for the documentaries:-1. Beautiful Punjab 30 minutes 2. Destiny Punjab 5 to 7 minutes
The technical and financial proposals should include experience of documentaries making, methodology (Type of commentary, music, pace and specific sites to be projected). Equipment to be used (Camera, Sound System, etc.) with time frame. The party should submit; 1. Technical proposals and financial proposals separately in two sealed envelopes on same day. (With all relevant details). 2. The party should submit the quotations/bids for the making of 30 minutes documentary in separate sealed envelope and for 5 to 7 minutes documentary in separate sealed envelope (with all relevant details). The firm should be registered with sales tax department may submit their bids along with earnest money equal to 2% of the bid price of crossed cheque/pay order in the office the undersigned. The last date for the submission of bids completed in all respects is 0402-2014. Any other details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours i.e. 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
TDCP reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all quotations/bids without assigning any reasons.
