1. Sealed tenders are invited for installation, maintenance and operation of Reverse Osmosis Pure Drinking Water (ROPDW) machines. having capacity of 1-5 GPM. on turnkey basis. The raw water is underground, subsoil water with TDS <5000 PPM. The RO machine should have at least nine stages of purification including Ultraviolet, OZONE and Mineral Dosing. The machine should also be equipped with smart dispensing systems and remote monitoring system. The maintenance cost including all consumables, membranes, electrical, mechanical and electronic parts with all parts and parcels + components and minerals should also be quoted. 2. Earnest money at the rate of 2% of the Bid Cost shall be deposited in form of Bank Draft / Pay Order, in favour of the Principal & Project Director Public School Gadap. The tender without earnest money shall not be entertained. 3. The tender shall be issued on payment of Rs. 5001-from Public School Gadap, from 15 January, 2014. The sealed tenders shall be received upto 25 January. 2014 and shall be opened on the same day at 1300 hours, in the office of the Principal / Project Director, Public School Gadap, who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
