TENDER/ QUOTATION NOTICE.
Sealed item rates / percentage rates on market based schedule of rate system for District Sahiwal, tenders for the following works are hereby invited by the undersigned from the approved contractors I firms of the TMA Sahiwal who have got their names enlisted/renewed and deposited the requisite Enlistment/Renewal Fee.2013-14 Tenders will be received at 1.00 P.M & Opened at 3:00 P.M. on 20-02-2014 The tenders/Quotation will be opened in the presence of the Contractors / firms or their representative who desire to be present at that time. No Telegraphic tender by post will be entertained. Tender forms can be obtained from the 'PPR/it website Govt. of the Punjab. All the contractors I firms are requested to bring with them the copies of National Identity Card in original, receipt of deposit of enlistment/ renewal fee, enlistment I Renewal letter, power of Attorney and partnership deed at the time of tender, failure to comply the of the above instructions. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
2% earnest money in shape of call deposit be attached with each tender form. In case of the contractor quoted their rates below than 5% of the bid, the earnest money equal to the below rates would have to be deposited in shape of CDR by the contractor in TMA before the issuance of work order and signing the agreement. Note:- 1- Any work occupied by any contractor which is not completed the tender of SUCh Contractor will not be entertained. 2- No extension in time should be given to contractors.
