TENDER NOTICE  GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
TECHNICAL EDUCATION & VOCATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY, (TEVTA) Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is in the procuring process of Machinery & Equipment for its Newly Established Rasheeda Bibi Government Technical Training Center (W) Roshan Bheela District Kasur. Sealed bids are invited from Sales Tax and Income Tax registered Firms/ Suppliers including prevailing Sales Tax and complete in al respects. It is necessary to deposit 2% Bid Security/ Call Deposit of Total Bid Price with each tender/ trade sepa-rately in the shape of CDR. SDR, Banker's Cheque or PO in Favor of District Manager (TEVTA) Okara & Kasur. The Bid must reach in the office of undersigned till 15.02.2014 (12:00 PM) through courier or by hand. The Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of Purchase Committee, Bidder or their authorized representatives who wants to be present. The detailed lists of Machinery & Equipments, rules & regulation and instructions can be obtained from the office of undersigned by paying Rs.100/- (Non Refundable) for each trade separately during office hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM). The TEVTA Authority can also reduce the quantity of goods/ items to be purchased. The equipment will be delivered at Rasheeda Bibi Government Technical Training Center (W) Roshan Bheela District Kasur by the concerned firms/ suppliers. The Detail of Trades is as below:-
