Doctor's Associates Inc. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, USA having its registered office at 3000 NE 30 Place, Suite # 207, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States of America, is a genuine and bonafide adopter, exclusive worldwide proprietor, owner, user of the trademark

That, our client Doctor's Associates Inc. through its franchisee issued franchise to various individuals, firms and companies for running its restaurant business with name and style of in Pakistan. It is to be noted that two of its franchisees namely Fahid Aziz (Restaurant # 40951) running its restaurant business at 37 A Main Wandat Road, Lahore and Mr. Muhammad Memon and Mairaj Taufiq (Restaurant # 40322) running its restaurant business at KM Enterprise, Al-Harann, Tower1 Plot No. 106, Shop 2, Ground Floor,106 BMCHS Alamgir Road, Karachi have violated the terms and condition of the franchise agreement therefore our client has terminated their franchise agreements through due process of law as per franchise agreement. Thus, aforementioned franchisees are no more franchisee of our client, but despite of the termination of contractual relations, these aforenamed individuals are keep on operating their business with the name and style suBwAr of to take advantage and reap the benefit of the goodwill and tremendous reputation that our client enjoys at a national and international level. Anyone who is/ are utilizing the services of the aforementioned restaurants or doing business with them or purchasing their products will be doing so at their own risk and peril. Our client will not be responsible for any loss that may arise by dealing with the said entities and/or using the low quality or unhygienic Products sold by the said entities in Pakistan. It is further notified that the person not authorized by our client are not entitled to use ,c12EM or elEffbl? logo or any confusingly similar mark either as a trademark or name of a restaurant or business or company. Our client reserve the right to take legal action against every person who is involved in unauthorized use of the aforementioned registered trademark of our client.
