CONSULTANTS PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE
Objective: To develop comprehensive plan and regulatory framework for outdoor advertisement in the controlled area of City District Government Faisalabad. Spatial Planning Department, Faisalabad intends to conduct a comprehensive survey of all outdoor advertisement boards installed or to be installed in future within the City District limits of Faisalabad on the following lines: Spatial Planning Department, City District Government, Faisalabad will require the inputs of urban developers/ planners specialized in public safety and aesthetic, structure engineering, traffic engineering, marketing, financial management and laws specially in corporate affairs. Audit and physical survey of billboards, hoardings (including LEDs/ LCSs), Sky and other outdoor advertisement and suggest appropriate places/size of various billboards/ sky sign on city roads.  Classification of city roads with revenue potential.  Identification of potential sites for outdoor advertisement along with estimated revenue. Analysis of existing policy procedures.  Financial analysis of existing policy procedures.  Participatory evaluation and formulation of reform agenda (statutory/ regulatory framework) in consultation with various stakeholders. Full name, permanent address, telephone & fax number, e-mail and organization structure. b. Number of directors / partners / proprietors, with their names, qualification and experience. c. Bio-data of technical staff permanently employed. d. Present enlisted and detail of registration with Govt./ Semi-Govt./ organizations. e. List of jobs executed so far during last 5-years, their scope, approved cost and completion time. f. Present work load commitment as against the financial position (documentary evidence required). 0. Detail of equipment, transport, skilled manpower/ personnel and their equipment owned by the firm. h. List of past/ present arbitration/ disputes with clients with affidavit that the firm and its employees have neither been blacklisted by any agency nor involved in any subversive activities. i. Income tax registration clearance certificate for the past five (5) years. j. Financial stability certificate issued by a scheduled bank. k. Additional information that the applicant might like to furnish in support of its erninence. Those supplying wrong, inaccurate or misleading information are liable to be disqualified.
